Here are two very lightweight headlamps with decent power, the ACTIK has 350 lumens brightness for 2 hours strong, and the ACTIK CORE has 450 lumens for 2 hours strong. The ACTIK comes with 3 AAA batteries. You can also buy the lithium-ion CORE battery for the ACTIK separately. The ACTIK CORE headlamp comes with the CORE battery in the kit, and you can use AAA batteries as you wish.
Petzl ACTIK and ACTIK CORE headlamps are great for every slow activity except caving – where you’ll need a specialty headlamp like the Petzl DUO S.
Both of these are great headlamps. They are very similar, and the ACTIK CORE with 450 lumens is the latest upgrade and probably the one you’ll find fits your needs. The price is only marginally more over the ACTIK.
